"My wife Kim and I live at 1417 Carroll Brown Way with our three sons, Drew, Aiden, and Graham. We also have two dogs Dixie and Jules who we walk around the neighborhood often. We have lived here since 2008 and have made many friends because of the Penn Wood community. I look forward to working with the new board and hopefully improving our already great neighborhood."

Eileen and her husband Chuck live at 1432 Carroll Brown Way with their 10 year old daughter Grace. They have lived here since 2015 and look forward to meeting more neighbors and bringing back Driveway Drinks!

"I live at 1408 Fox Place - the pond is right in my backyard. We bought our house in 2010 and moved in in October just in time for the Bonfire that year- what a great way to get to know everyone. My husband Jim and I have three daughters. One is grown and flown, two are at home attending College at DCCC and WCU. We love the Pennwood Neighborhood and always feel so grateful to live here."

Heather and I live at 1421 Carroll Brown with our two boys, Eddie and Benjamin, and two Australian Shepherds, Clancy and Pabst. We have been Pennwood members since 2013 and have made strong connections with many neighbors over the years. Most are aware that I have served as Secretary and Treasurer in the past, but now look forward to helping with the transition to the new board of directors in 2022!

Eric and I live at 1409 Carroll Brown Way with our two children, Jackson, 13, and Mattingly, 10. We moved in during the height of the pandemic in 2020, so we are still looking forward to getting to know many of you, our neighbors. Feel free to say hello when you see us out and about in the neighborhood or back around the pond with our 3 year old Weimaraner, Penny.

Gayle and I live at 1410 Carroll Brown Way with our two children – Adam, 17 and Liliana, 14. We also have two dogs, Bandit and Loki. I’m sure you all know Bandit, since he feels that the road in front of our house belongs to him and he needs to tell you! We moved to Pennwood in 2005, my goodness time flies, and really love the neighborhood and our neighbors. I look forward to working on the board again, and supporting our Pennwood neighbors.
